Cheat:
Have a Sim that's kleptomanic, or a Cat Burglar.
Now go to "town map", choose a house and select any house.
Then go to "edit lot".
Now, in a garage delete the roof and expand the room.
Then add 3 of the most expensive car, swipe them all and sell them for dollars!
