If you want the Artiste achievement really easy, following these menu options from the main menu:
Custom
Create a Logo
New Logo
Design
New Layer
Then choose a design category, paste it into the canvas and hit Finish.
Finally go to:
Create a Fighter
New
Tattoo/Scar
New Layer
Then select your custom tattoo and paste it on the fighter!
