Many fans were disappointed yesterday when Bungie patched Destiny so that the infamous “loot cave” no longer worked. The loot cave was a location where enemies would quickly respawn as long as no one was too close. Players would gather outside the cave and shoot enemies for hours, amassing a huge amount of loot in the process.

It was an excellent way to grind, but some people consider it to be cheating—including Bungie. Of course, as soon as the loot cave was fixed, fans set about looking for another one.

Today, PS4Trophies reported its discovery of a new loot cave, which you can check out in the video below.

It’s probably only a matter of time before Bungie eliminates this one as well, but players will make the most of it until then. What do you think? Is a trick like this an unfair exploit that isn’t the way the game was meant to be played, or is it a worthwhile method of grinding for loot?
