Game of Thrones is a medieval fantasy TV series that was created for HBO.  Its first season ran from April to June this year and Cyanide and Focus Home Interactive are also teaming up to bring us an RPG based on the series.  The game is scheduled to arrive on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC at some stage next year.

The “Wall” and the Night Watch are a large part of the Game of Thrones world and while the just-released trailer above showcases that aspect of the upcoming video game, all the characters and locations that we’ve come to know and love will also be included.  In the game, players will take on the roles of two former soldiers of (King) Robert’s Rebellion, with each soldier having made a different choice which has led him in a different direction across the Kingdom.  Also just launched is the official website for the game.
